dadadDADA....DADdadada....dadadDADA....DADdadada

I'm sure many of you have already seen the YouTube video of the twin baby boys having a conversation.  It's hilarious!  Last night Pete and Madeline invited me over for a yummy dinner.  They hadn't seen the video yet, so we pulled it up.

Calvin, who will be ONE in two weeks was enamored.  Then, he started slapping his hands to get to the computer.  Peter shuffled his computer closer to Calvin, and Calvin the man (as Ella calls him) started slapping at his high chair tray, and replied to the computer, "dadada!"

Ella scampered over to see what the commotion was all about.  With a furrowed brow she looked up at the computer, then at her parents, then at Calvin, then back to the screen, then to me.  I said, "Ella, can you translate?"

Ella said, "Yeah."

I said, "What are they saying?"

Ella looked at me like I was dumber than a bag of rocks then said,"dadadDADA!"

I've never felt so stupid in my life....:)

Oh another highlight of the evening was when Peter took off his baseball cap and tossed it across the room.  It landed right on Ella's head.  Ella turned around and exclaimed, "Daddy!"

Now think James Bond, but hitting a moving target. It was quite amazing!

Okay, and Madeline's dinner was out of this world!  DadadaDADA if I do say so myself!
