Alexis, Jacob, Ella and from the pond across the sea: Cindy!
This weekend was a big ol' family weekend! Saturday at 5:38 PM, Ella was born! Now, look to the right to Kelly's blog, and hit the Anderson Family Blog, you'll see Kelly's post about Ella. I'm pretty psyched to go see her! From what I understand, Ella is tiny, tiny compared to Oscar. It's unbelievable what a couple of months of constant food will do for one's growth. Oscar is a huge! :)
Speaking of huge, Cindy's little boy Luke is HUGE.
FYI: Cindy and family hopped on a plane and came over from London for Cindy's Great Grandfather Royal's funeral. Cindy spoke at the funeral on Saturday. I personally have some very fond memories of Grandpa Royal. When I was in junior high, Todd (my brother Todd) took me down to American Fork to meet ReNae's Grandparents. Grandpa Royal was so cute with me, and I remember distinctly how impressed he was with Todd that he'd let his little sister tag along with him on a date. In hindsight, since Todd's time on earth with ReNae was so very limited and precious, I am still grateful for the time he shared with me and his still darling wife, ReNae. Ahh, shucks, I always get all cheesy and mushy when I think about Todd & ReNae. Moving right along, so it ended up being quite serenditious that Cindy was here for Alexis blessing.
Holly (Cindy's niece) snagged my ever so cool, waterproof digitial camera, and took these pics for me. The picture of Cindy with my mom isn't the most gorgeous I've ever seen of Cindy, but if you know Cindy, you know she's gorgeous. We need to cut her a little slack cuz she flew from England with all the kids, spoke at a funeral with a cold and jet lag, and got caught without her full, gorgeous smile in one pic.
After Alexis's blessing, my mom and I went out to Aimee's for Jacob's third birthday party. We got there a little late, so I didn't take any pics. I'm pretty sure Aimee will be posting some on her blog, so check out the link on the right.
